To register for the Congress and for the social programme reservations,
please use the on-line Congress Registration
Form. If you have problems with sending of the registration
form use the "print registration form" button to print
the registration form and then please fax it to-(36-1) 381-2162.
In exceptional circumstances registration can be made during the
Conress, but in this case your presentation will not be involved
in the Abstract Book.
A confirmation letter will be sent via email (or via fax if requested)
to the individuals registered for the Congress. If you do not receive
this confirmation letter in two weeks after your registration, please
get in touch with the Organizing Committee (email@example.com).

All registration forms must be accompanied by payment and the abstract
of presentations. Abstracts received after 2 June, 2006 may not
appear in the Abstract Book. Each participant is entitled to submit
only one abstract, but might be co-author of abstracts of other

Abstracts submitted by telephone, post or fax cannot be accepted.

an official university certificate or letter confirming their status
from their supervisor/department head together with the registration

Registration fee in Euro
The registration fee for Congress participants includes lunches,
tea/coffee breaks throughout the Congress, Welcome party, Welcome
Concert, Farewell Party, handout materials (abstract and program
book) and information package.
If you want to attend these social events, you must indicate the
number of tickets required for each of them, when registering on-line.
If you do not insert a number in the relevant box when registering,
it will be assumed that you do not wish to participate.
The registration fee for accompanying persons
includes Welcome Party, Welcome Concert and Farewell Party. Please
note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission
to coffees and lunches.
The total amount must be paid by bank transfer. Your registration
will only be accepted when full payment has been received. All payments
should be made in EURO. All expenses in connection with transferring
fees must be paid by the participant.

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Registration for events, which are included in the registration
fee, must be marked on the form in order to obtain a ticket. You
must tick the 'YES' box if you want to attend these. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all details such as your address,
events booked, number of tickets, date of arrival and departure,
etc are correct. We therefore strongly recommend that you read,
and check carefully, the "Letter of Confirmation" received
by e-mail, to avoid errors. If you want to check whether the organisers
have already received your abstract and registration fee, please
check yourself in the Register of Participants.

Participants must register at the registration desk upon arrival
at the Congress. It will speed up registration if you bring your
Confirmation Letter with you.

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to
the Congress Secretariat (email@example.com). Cancellation of registration
received up to and including 2 June 2006, will be subject to a 50%
cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 2 June 2006 will
not be refunded. All refunds will be sent after the Congress ends.
Transfer of registration fee to another delegate is accepted. Please
notify the Congress Secretariat as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org).
