Publication
Participants of the EAA Congress are
given an opportunity to publish their papers presented in the
congress in a Congress Book. Participants interested
in this publication are asked to bring the electronic version
of their papers to the congress or to send the full version
of their presentations to the email address of the congress
secretariat. Please edit your presentation in accordance with
the following format:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTORS
Manuscript presentation
Author must submit the text on floppy disk with two copies of
manuscript and three sets of illustrations till beginning of EAA
Congress, 31st August, 2006.
The Editors accept floppy disk PC-formatted (3.5") program
Word or Excel (Windows 95).
Floppy disk must be labelled with the Author's name, title of
paper and word processor employed along with version number.
The manuscript must be subdivided into the following section,
each starting on a new page. All pages are numbered consecutively,
at the bottom. All pages should be printed with full double spacing,
2.5 cm margins. A standard 12 point typeface (e.g. Times) should
be used throughout the manuscript, with symbol font for Greek
letters.
Page 1. Title page: Complete title, first name, middle
initial, last name of each author; University and Department of
each author; mailing address, phone, fax, e-mail of the corresponding
author; running title of no more than 40 character and spaces;
acknowledgements.
Page 2. Abstract of no more than 200 words, followed by
4-6 key words.
Beginning on page 3: Introduction; Materials and Methods; Results;
Discussion; Conclusion; References; Figure legends; Tables; Figures,
graphs. Each section should be begun on a new page.
Size of manuscripts
should not exceed 20 type written pages including figures,
tables and reference list.
References
In the text, references should be cited by name and year, e.g.
(Coleman 1980) or (Darr and Modell 1988) or (Hutchesson et al.
1998). In the references, references should be listed alphabetically
by first authors (including all co-authors) and chronologically
for given author (beginning with the most recent date of publication).
Where the same author has more than one publication in a year,
lower case letters should be used (e.g. 1999a, 199b, etc.).

Illustrations
Three complete sets must be submitted with the manuscript. The
back of each figure should be labelled in soft lead pencil, indicating
the orientation, the figure number, and first author's name. Authors
are encouraged to submit digital images of photographs, line drawings
or graphs for printing. Most major image editing and drawing/illustrator
computer software files in TIFF formats are acceptable.
Figure legends
Figures should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals.
The figures in the text should be referred to as Fig. 1 and so
on.
Tables
Tables should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals.
Brief title should be included above the table. Each table should
be printed double spaced, without vertical or horizontal lines.
The tables in the text should be referred to as Table 1 and so
on.
