Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons will be most welcome
at EAA Congress 2006. Registration as an official accompanying
person entitles you to attend the Welcoime Party, the Welcome
Concert and the Gala Evening. The charge to cover participation
in these events is 130 Euro per person (before and on 2 June,
2006). Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does
not include admission to the scientific sessions, coffees or lunches.
Accompanying Persons must be registered, using the on-line registration
system, along with the participating delegate to ensure that requested
tickets for the social events are provided.
Tickets are only issued to
registered delegates and accompanying persons who request tickets
through the registration system.
Accompanying Persons' Programme
The Congress will not provide specifically tailored tours for
accompanying persons. However, we would like to help you identify
readily available tours that will provide you with a variety of
tastes of Budapest, its surrounding scenic and historical sites,
and the beauty, history and traditions of other parts of Hungary.
