Participants of the 15th EAA Congress are kindly asked to contact hotels directly to find accommodation for their stay in Budapest.

The Organising Committee offers free accommodation possibilities for limited number of registered students. Scholars applying for this grant should participate as first author of an oral or poster presentation in the Congress. Applications including curriculum vitae, reference letter of supervisor for this grant should be sent to the Organising Committee by January 1, 2006

While we have indicated the distance from each hotel to the Congress venue and we have provided approximate travel times by different modes of transport, actual distances and travel times can vary depending on route and mode of travel taken!

When making your room reservation in one of these hotels, remember to mention that you will participate in the 15th EAA Congress. In order to secure an accommodation suiting your needs and wishes, we advise you to book your room(s) as soon as possible.
